CANCELLATIONS The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Upon your arrival, you'll receive a message from me containing the code to access two lock boxes. 1The lock box containing the key for the downstairs door is located inside the mailbox. You'll find it when you open the mailbox. NOTE!!!: Guest must only take one key from the downstairs lock box 2The lock box with the key for the apartment is situated beside the doorbell. Simply enter the provided code into the corresponding lock box to retrieve the keys. Key Placement: Inside the apartment, there's a designated key chain for your convenience. Feel free to add any keys you have to it. Ensure to keep the keys secure during your stay. Departure Instructions: Before your departure, kindly return both sets of keys to their respective lock boxes. Ensure all keys are securely placed back into the lock boxes and that they are properly closed. Once you've returned the keys, please confirm your departure by sending me a message. HOUSE RULES WE APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THE TIME TO READ THESE HOUSE RULES, AND WE HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US! • All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay The cupboard in the hallway is locked. Please do not attempt to open it. • In the hallway, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it unless in the unlikely event of a power outage. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Make sure to close the windows, lock the door and turn the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics off before leaving. • There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage. • We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out. • To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also; No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). • In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. • The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 5:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 -07:00.to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. • If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. • A maximum of three visitors is allowed during the day. • Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. • It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules. • No parties or events are allowed. • No illegal substances are allowed at the rental. • • Pets are not permitted at the Rental • Any small gathering is restricted to five people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise. • Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. • Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. • In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests. • If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area. • Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area. • Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices (including the air conditioning) before you go out. • You’re welcome to use the washer, but just make sure that you don’t overload it. • The optimum temperature for the thermostat is set. • We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin. • Please do not try to flush any sanitary products,toilet paper or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided grey trash cans for this in the bathroom. • Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation. • If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us. • We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules. DIRECTIONS By Car: From Athens: Sparti is approximately 220 kilometers (137 miles) southwest of Athens. Take the National Road 8A (Athens-Corinth) towards Corinth. Continue on the National Road 8A, which merges into National Road 7 (Athens-Corinth-Tripoli) after Corinth. Follow National Road 7 towards Tripoli. From Tripoli, follow signs to Sparti. By Bus: From Athens: KTEL operates buses from Athens to Sparti. Buses depart from Kifisos Intercity Bus Station in Athens. The journey takes around 4-5 hours, depending on traffic and stops. You can check the KTEL website or visit the station for schedules and ticket information. By Train and Bus: From Athens: Take the train from Athens to Corinth (Proastiakos Suburban Railway). From Corinth, take a bus operated by KTEL to Sparti. This option may require transfers and take longer than traveling directly by bus or car. By Air: From Athens International Airport (ATH): There are no direct flights to Sparti, as it doesn't have its own airport. You'll need to travel to Sparti by car, bus, or train from Athens city center. Additional Tips: Renting a Car: If you plan to explore the region extensively, renting a car can offer flexibility and convenience. Travel Time: Depending on traffic and mode of transportation, the journey from Athens to Sparti can take between 3 to 5 hours. Shared once a booking is confirmed
